Welcome to the "How to Claim Your Human Rights" project. This initiative, led by B-HART in partnership with six disability advocacy and community organisations, is funded through the ILC project by the DSS. The "How to Claim Your Human Rights" project aims to build the capacity of people with disabilities, their families, and carers to recognise Human Rights practices and self-advocate in everyday life situations. Through collaboration with six disability advocacy and community organisations, we strive to empower individuals to claim their human rights effectively.
