Kirsten Bording Collins is a systems thinking practitioner and monitoring, evaluation and learning specialist with over 18 years of experience in program development, design, and evaluation in the NGO sector and international development and affairs field.
Kirsten is the founder and director of AdaptivePurpose, www.adaptivepurpose.org, a mission-driven consulting practice supporting non-profits, NGOs, social enterprises and other change agents to strengthen their adaptive capacity to take effective action, monitor progress and measure impact.
Kirsten is also an adjunct instructor in American University’s online Measurement and Evaluation program where she teaches the Principles and Theories of Evaluation and Complexity and Systems in Evaluation courses.
