Maria Eliadis
Co-CEO and Co-Founder
Maria is an experienced executive and management consultant who specialises in leader development and organisational effectiveness. Maria has worked in the disability sector since 2007 focusing on building the capacity of people with disabilities to effectively impact their world as well as reorientating the practices and attitudes of service providers and the broader community to better support the full realisation of the human rights of people with disabilities.
Maria moved to Adelaide from Melbourne in 2016 and continued her work in disability sector development through her involvement as specialist consultant and/or evaluator on several ILC projects.Â
A unique feature of Maria’s experience has been her contribution to several initiatives to transform the professional practices of various sectors to new standards, including the disability sector.Â
Maria has a master’s in social policy, is an alumni of Harvard University’s The Art and Practice of Leadership Development program, she is an accredited Brain-based Coach and holds a Certificate VI in Training and Assessment.
